Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: November 3, 2026 · Operator: Mao Yongxiang
Current scope. These terms apply to the Zao website and its limited TikTok Sandbox workspace. Configured target users can authorize an eligible test account, review one video, explicitly request an Only me post, and query the result. Public posting approval has not been obtained. Scheduling, bulk publishing, subscriptions, and payments are not offered.
1. Operator and service
Zao is an independent project operated by Mao Yongxiang. Our website is zao.helloyongxiang.com, and our contact address is helloyongxiang@gmail.com.
These terms cover lawful website use and the limited test workspace at /app/. It is intended for configured TikTok Sandbox target users, not a public subscription service. Applicable mandatory laws and rights continue to apply. New paid or materially different services will be described, with any required terms and consent, before they are enabled.
2. Sandbox status and real publishing actions
The homepage calendar, sample posts, and planned editorial views are illustrative. They do not represent your accounts, customer activity, real scheduled jobs, or platform approval. The separate Sandbox workspace performs real authorization and publishing requests when configured and used by an eligible test account.
Selecting a file first creates a local preview. After you review the account, video, caption, and settings and explicitly confirm publication, Zao forwards the selected video to TikTok for an Only me post. A successful transfer or accepted request is not the same as completed publication; the workspace queries TikTok for processing results.
Public posting approval has not been obtained. Future features may change, and Zao does not promise a launch date, supported-account quantity, publishing quota, or approval by TikTok or another platform. Scheduling, bulk publishing, and a retained video library are outside this version.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
Use the test workspace only with an eligible Sandbox target account you own or are authorized to operate. You must have the rights needed to share the video, music, voice, likenesses, and other included material, and follow TikTok's applicable policies. Confirm the intended destination and disclosures before requesting a post.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, use another browser session's connection or publishing records, interfere with availability, bypass platform or security restrictions, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Account authorization takes place on TikTok's own pages. Zao does not ask for your TikTok password. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary contact email.
4. Content and intellectual property
The original Zao branding, website design, text, and software are owned by the operator or used under the relevant permissions. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Zao is independent; references to TikTok do not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or completed review.
You retain ownership of the content you select. Your explicit publishing instruction gives Zao permission to process and transfer that content and the chosen post details only as needed to carry out the request. The test upload limit is 32 MiB. Videos pass temporarily through Cloudflare Worker memory and are not retained in a Zao video library; TikTok separately handles content it receives.
You remain responsible for having permission to share material sent by email. Contacting us does not transfer ownership of your correspondence.
6. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains TikTok identity and authorization data, encrypted server-side token storage, session cookies, temporary video transfers, publishing records, service providers, retention, and privacy requests.
The browser session is valid for seven days. Expiry is not a promise that every related server record has been automatically deleted. For cleanup or privacy requests, contact the operator as described in the policy. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or create a paid service.
7. Availability and responsibility
The Sandbox workspace is an early, limited test service. It may be interrupted, contain errors, or become unavailable, and planned features may not be launched. Review actual processing results rather than assuming that a selected file or an accepted request has become a TikTok post.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or removes remedies that applicable law gives you. Questions or concerns can be raised directly with the operator.
8. Changes
We may update the website and these terms as the project develops. The effective date at the top identifies this version. Material changes to an active service will be communicated, and any required acceptance obtained, as applicable law requires. New integrations will be described accurately before they are made available.
